Jens Gayko has a doctorate in electrical engineering. He studied at the University of Stuttgart and the University of Bochum and completed his studies in artificial intelligence in 2000.
After his time at the university, he worked in the automotive industry for about ten years as head of pre-development.
Since 2010 he has been working for the DKE - German Commission for Electrical, Electronic & Information Technologies. He is active in the area of Smart Manufacturing / Industrie 4.0.
He is currently the Managing Director of the Standardization Council Industrie 4.0 (SCI 4.0).

Annika Parker is a qualified hotel management assistant. After successfully completing her training in 2005, she was able to gain several years of experience abroad in the hotel industry.
Since 2013 she has worked in various areas as an office manager, for example in a bilingual school and a human rights organisation.
Since 2018, the professional experience she gained in these positions has been contributing to the DKE - German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies and thus to the Standardization Council Industrie 4.0.
